C&M Custom Tackle guarantees your satisfaction on every item we stock. If  you are not satisfied with an item, please call
us within seven days of receipt to receive a return goods authorization number (RGA) and return your products to us in
their original condition and a full refund will be issued under the conditions of returns below.


RETURN POLICY
C&M Custom Tackle will accept returns of merchandise within 30 days of receipt of goods.  Return authorization (RGA)
must be obtained by phone (909-394-7486) or by
email  within 7 days of receipt of your order .  Please have your invoice
number available.   C&M Custom Tackle will provide you with a Returned Goods Authorization number (RGA) as well as
shipping instructions to return the merchandise to us following the conditions listed below.

  • C&M Custom Tackle will not accept returned merchandise without a RGA number. The RGA number must be
    clearly printed on the box being returned.

  • To obtain the RGA number, please provide us with the invoice number and reason for the return.

  • Once you receive a return authorization you may return unused/unmodified items in the original box and packaging
    with all accessories within 7 days for an exchange, refund or credit.

  • Returned merchandise must include a copy of your invoice or packing slip.

  • Shipping for returned merchandise must be prepaid by the sender.

  • Defective merchandise should be returned directly to the manufacturer under their return policy.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Please allow up to 2 weeks for credit for returned items.

  • All book, video, weaving pattern and software sales are subject strictly to replacement if found defective, rather than
    credit or refund.

  • Special orders (items not shown on our site) may not be returned.

  • C&M Custom Tackle reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on returns of all merchandise other than
    mis-shipped items.

  • Customers requesting a refund must return items to C&M Custom Tackle within 14 days of receipt of goods.  
    Items returned 15-30 days after customer receipt will be credited with a store credit from C&M Custom Tackle.

DAMAGED PACKAGING
If a package was damaged in shipping, please refuse the shipment or have the carrier note the damage on the delivery
(signature) document. Save all of the original packaging material and merchandise for the carrier to inspect and contact
us.   We will contact the carrier for inspection and replace any damaged items pending carrier approval.

BACKORDERS
Backordered items will not be charged to your credit card or Pay Pal account until shipped.  

APO/FPO and INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International shipments and shipments to military APO/FPO addresses will be charged a $3.00 handling fee in addition to
actual shipping charges.  Additional information on International shipping can be found on our
